Café Vienense


– 3 balls of vanilla cream ice
– 50ml of heavy cream
– 50ml of chocolate liquor
– 50ml of espresso coffee
– Chantilly cream


Put balls of ice cream, heavy cream, liquor and espresso at blender. Beat everything.
Pour this mixture in bowl or cups and ends with Chantilly cream. If you prefer, decorate inner side of cup with melting chocolate.
